Cookie policy
RepriceCat uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to remember this notice. There is no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking — this page lists every cookie and piece of browser storage so you can check.

1. In short
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser; local storage is the browser’s own, larger scratch space. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for need no consent — they only need explaining. Everything else needs your opt-in first.
Today RepriceCat sets only strictly necessary cookies. No third-party script runs in your browser, no analytics or advertising provider receives your visit, and the fonts are served from our own host. The banner you saw is therefore a notice, not a request for permission — there is nothing optional to accept or refuse.
You can review or change your choice at any time: .
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Set on the product host (app.<domain>) when you sign in, and on whichever host shows you the cookie notice.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project>-auth-token (may be split into …-auth-token.0, .1, …) | Your sign-in session: identifies your account to the server on every request and is refreshed while you use the product. | Session / until you sign out (refreshed automatically, at most about a year) | RepriceCat (Supabase Auth) |
| sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier | Protects a sign-in with Google, Apple or GitHub (PKCE) while you are redirected to the provider and back. | A few minutes, during sign-in only | RepriceCat (Supabase Auth) |
| rc_consent | Remembers that you have seen the cookie notice and which choices you made (version 1). | 6 months | RepriceCat |
3. Browser storage
Not cookies — these values stay in your browser and are never sent with requests. They hold settings you chose yourself so the product is instant and keeps working offline between page loads.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| asc-price-tiers, asc-price-tiers:adopted | Your regional tier set-up, so the tiers board opens instantly; also synced to your account. | Until you clear it or delete your account | localStorage, app host |
| asc-price-tier-presets, asc-price-tier-presets:adopted | Tier presets you saved yourself; also synced to your account. | Until you clear it | localStorage, app host |
| repricecat:header-key-hidden | Whether the App Store Connect Key ID is masked in the header. | Until you clear it | localStorage, app host |
| asc-import:<bundle id> | Rows of a spreadsheet you are importing, held while you move from the import page to the app's price editor. | Current tab, cleared when the import is applied | sessionStorage, app host |
4. Third parties
- Stripe — when you start a subscription you are sent to a page hosted by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com) and then back. Stripe sets its own cookies on its own pages, under Stripe’s privacy policy. No Stripe script runs on RepriceCat pages.
- Google, Apple, GitHub — only if you choose to sign in with one of them, and only on their own pages during that sign-in.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site. It keeps server-side request logs for security and operations; it does not set tracking cookies on RepriceCat pages.
5. How to control cookies
- Use (also linked in every footer) to review your choice.
- Your browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and site data for any site. Blocking the session cookie means you cannot stay signed in; blocking the rest only means you will see the notice again.
- Signing out removes the session cookies.
6. Changes
If we ever add an optional category, this page is updated, the notice version changes and every visitor is asked again before anything new runs. See also the privacy policy and the terms of service.
