Terms of service
Short, because the service is simple: you bring an App Store Connect key, RepriceCat computes and submits the price changes you confirm, and you pay $1 per app per month after a free first month.

1. The service
RepriceCat is a web application that reads your apps, in-app purchases and subscriptions from App Store Connect and submits the price changes you review and confirm, through the App Store Connect API, using an API key you provide. It is operated by an independent developer. RepriceCat is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc.; App Store, App Store Connect and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc.
2. Your account and your key
- You must be authorised to manage pricing for the Apple Developer account whose key you connect.
- You are responsible for the role and scope of the key you create, and for revoking it in App Store Connect when you stop using the service.
- Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Using the service must comply with Apple’s Developer Program License Agreement and App Store Connect terms. Apple’s rules on pricing — including those on subscription price increases — apply to every change you submit.
3. What you confirm is what is submitted
Nothing is written to App Store Connect without an explicit confirmation in the review step. The review table shows, for every product and territory, the price that will be submitted — including prices snapped to Apple’s price points and any scheduled date. It is your responsibility to check it. Once submitted, changes are Apple’s to apply; RepriceCat reports the outcome Apple returns and cannot guarantee how or when Apple applies a schedule.
4. Billing
- The first month of a new subscription is free with every feature unlocked.
- After that the price is US$1 per app per month, where an app is each app the connected key can see. In-app purchases and subscriptions are included with their app. See pricing.
- The number of apps is recounted shortly before each invoice. Billing is handled by Stripe; taxes may be added where required.
- If a payment fails or you cancel, the pricing tools pause until the subscription is active again. Your key, tiers and history are unaffected, and prices already submitted to Apple stay where you set them.
- You may cancel at any time from Settings; the subscription ends at the close of the current period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to act on accounts you are not authorised for, to interfere with Apple’s or our systems, to circumvent rate limits, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
The service depends on the App Store Connect API, which Apple may change, rate-limit or take offline. We aim to keep RepriceCat available and to handle Apple’s errors gracefully, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, and we will give notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue from a price you confirmed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data — including your encrypted App Store Connect key — is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time: remove your key, cancel billing, or ask us to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; prices already submitted to Apple remain as you set them.
